The Intermediate Course - Preparing for a Successful Change Journey (for Financial Sector)

A change journey requires one to understand the organisation’s current and desired-state of change to implement a well-structured change process.

This module provides participants with a structured approach to designing and eliciting change requirements.

At the end of the 4-day module, participants will be able to:

Day 1 and 2

• Translate and construct goals and objectives of change in relation to their organisational's strategy.
• Understand the components of the plan.
• Know how to use a relevant framework in implementing change.
• Identify the components, activities and deliverables to be put together in the change preparation.
• Identify the people, process and technology to bring together in executing change.
• Develop a project charter for a change project.
• Identify potential roadblocks, conduct facilitation sessions to share and finalise action plans, and solicit feedback from peers and facilitators.
• Construct a project on organisation and culture change, digital transformation, and process optimisation, etc.

Day 3 and 4

• Understand the fundamentals of Agile Practice and the use of Scrum Framework.
• Learn how Agile is applied in developing people and teams.
• Learn how Agile is adopted in managing development work.
• Prepare for Agile Certification as Scrum Master.

Business, technology, operations and any functional managers responsible in supporting or developing solutions, applications or customer service functions in the organisation.
