These are programmes where participants are eligible for funding if they satisfy the funding criteria. They are short courses, highly focused on practical use cases and regulatory compliance and standards specific to the financial service industry.

FTS Funded Programmes

AgilenLite is the Institute of Banking and Finance (IBF) accredited training provider, offering Financial Sector-specific courses recognised for the Financial Training Scheme ("FTS").

This scheme applies only to the following companies:

Financial Institutions based in Singapore
FinTech firms certified by the Singapore FinTech Association (SFA)

Eligible for participants who are:

Individuals attending under company-sponsored arrangements.
Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents, physically based in Singapore; and
Completed FTS recognised course (including passing all relevant assessments where applicable)

Tech for Non-Tech Programmes

These comprise a suite of governance, risk, and security programmes specifically crafted to equip non-technical professionals with IT risk and security knowledge for informed decision-making and to provide support and participation in projects requiring this knowledge. The short training duration offered in each course is packed with key knowledge applicable to workplace operations immediately, and grouped into the following categories:

Cloud Security – focuses on risks and security applicable when operating in the cloud.
Cybersecurity – focuses on cyber risks, threats, and vulnerabilities, as well as the controls applicable.
Anti Money Laundering – focuses on financial crime on Money Laundering, typologies, real-world examples of how they are carried out and the programmes to manage such risks.
Fraud Risk – focuses on the fraudsters' typologies, and insights into red flags, warning signs and programmes to managing the risk.
